Cancel and Reschedule Your Sessions

Step 1: Open the Clubworx App.

Open the Clubworx app.

You can download that app using the buttons below:

Step 2: Log in using your email address and password.

Log in using your username and password.

If you have forgotten your username or password, find out how to reset access to your online account here.

Step 3: To check or change your upcoming booked sessions, click “Booked” on the bottom menu.

To check or change your currently booked sessions, click “Booked” on the bottom menu.

Booked sessions have a tag reading "BOOKED" next to the session. Waitlisted sessions have a tag reading "ON WAIT LIST" next to the session.

If you share online account access with any family members, you can use the drop down menu to switch between your sessions, their sessions, or both.

You can use the “Past” tab to view your previous attendances.

Step 4: Click on the session you would like to cancel.

Click on the session you would like to cancel.

Under each booking is a “Cancel Booking” button which you can use to can use to remove your booking. If the session is a waitlist, the button will read “Leave Waitlist”.

Step 5: If it is more than 24 hours before the start time of your session.

If it is more than 24 hours before the start time of your session, you can click “Cancel Booking” to confirm cancellation of the session.

This will be an “early cancel” so you will still have credit for this session. The other advantage is that if another client is on the waitlist for your class, our system will automatically notify them that the spot has become available.

If you are a PAYG client: Your catch-up session can be booked any time during the week of your missed session. If you have not booked a catch-up session by Sunday of that week, the system will then add a catch-up session to your account the next day (Monday). By default, you have 4 weeks to book the added catch-up.

If you are a pre-paid client: Your catch-up session can be booked any time before your package expiry date (by default, 4 months after your first session in the pack). You will not need to wait until Monday to book a catch-up session.

Step 6: If it is less than 24 hours before the start time of your session.

If it is less than 24 hours before the start time of your session, you can still click “Late Cancel Booking” to let us know you will not be able to make it.

This will trigger an automatic email offering you the possibility of a make-up session. You will then need to contact us at admin@pilatescan.com.au to organise the make-up session.

The other advantage is that if another client is on the waitlist for your class, our system will automatically notify them that the spot has become available.

Step 7: To reschedule your session, click “Timetable” on the bottom menu.

To get to our timetable and reschedule your early cancelled session, click “Timetable” on the bottom menu.

Step 8: Click on the session you would like to book.

Select the session you would like to book.

You can swipe left or right to change the date you are looking at. To jump to a particular date, you can click on the date heading to view the calendar.

Step 9: Click “Book” to confirm your booking.

Click “Book” to confirm your booking.

You can also click “Book all future events” to book into that time on a regular basis (PAYG clients without a regular booking only).

Step 10: If the class you are trying to book is full, you can click “Join the waiting list”.

If the class you are trying to book is full, you can click “Join the waiting list” to be notified if anyone changes their session and space becomes available.
