Choose from a variety of Pilates Practitioners and private times available, where we will use the information gathered in the first assessment session and get you started with an initial Private Pilates sessions that will enable your instructor to write you a personalised program for use in your semi-private sessions.

3. Schedule your ongoing appointments

We offer over 55 semi-private sessions per week and are open 6 days per week, so you are sure to find something to suit you!
