For App
Open the Clubworx app.
You can download that app using the buttons below:
Click “Forgot username?”.
Enter your email and click ‘Send to my email’. An email containing any username/s associated with your email address will be sent to you.
Go to your inbox and open the email you received. Make sure to check your junk mail folder if you cannot find it! For families who share an email address, your email will contain all usernames associated with that email address.
You can use that username to log in on the Clubworx app, or to reset your password.
Click “Forgot password?”.
Enter your username and click ‘Send reset link’. A password reset email will be sent to you.
Go to your inbox and open the email you received. Make sure to check your junk mail folder if you cannot find it!
In the email you received, click ‘Change my password’. Create your new password.
You can now use that password to log in on the Clubworx app.
